Emergency Light System
We plan to install a completely new emergency light system including new wiring. The old 12 volt battery system will be replaced with a diesel generator, with auto and manual start, running 12 watt LED lights

Salt Water Pool
The salt-water pool is complete. Many residents said they are very happy and find swimming much more comfortable. We have a professional pool company to maintain the pool 3 times a week.

Fire pump servicing
We have a diesel fire pump that boosts the water pressure in the fire system has been serviced and upgraded.
It is regularly tested.
