MANAGER

1. Appoint new full-time manager to train under Khun Joe - INTERVIEWING

SAFETY

1. Full lift inspection to determine the condition of all 3 lifts - DONE
2. Fire equipment - inspect and test - DONE
3. Fire alarm - inspect and test – INSPECTED. CANNOT TEST
4. Train at least 3 owners per floor in the use of fire equipment – WAITING NEW HOSES
5. Emergency lighting – test - DONE
6. Lightening conductor – replace – GETTING QUOTES
7. Schedule regular tests of safety equipment – WHEN WORKING

ACCOUNTS

WILL YOU HELP THE NEW COMMITTEE?

There are many issues and problems that the committee must deal with. Everyone on the committee is volunteering their time. We need the help of owners.

If you have specialist knowledge or if you are willing to give some of your time to improving the condo, here is a list of things to consider

REPRESENTATIVES

It is proposed to have 1 owner per floor as the floor representative to assist with specific issues for example 15th floor roof problems, floors M to 4 painting the car park wall etc

FIRE PREVENTION

Do you have specialist knowledge?
We propose training at least 3 owners per floor by the Fire Department so they can operate the fire equipment

BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE

Do you have specialist knowledge?
Can you advise the committee on flooring / security / water / electrical / TV / lift systems

COMMUNICATION

Can you design a simple website for us so everyone can see what is going on?
Do you have time to help with writing notices and communicating with owners?
Would you take minutes of the meetings?

RESEARCH

Can you help by researching information and advising the committee?
